INTRODUCTION

  The general conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between any user of the site and the company SAS MAS DU CLOS. These general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except prior, express and written derogation. These modifications are enforceable from the time they are posted online and cannot be applied to contracts entered into previously. Each purchase on the site is therefore governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order.

Consequently, placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these general conditions of sale.

PRICE

Prices are given for information only and subject to typographical errors, within the limits of available stocks. They can be modified at any time, without notice. Our prices are inclusive of VAT Prices are net, plus packaging and transport costs.

Promotions are valid while stocks last and for a limited time.

The photographs, diagrams and illustrations on this website serve as an accompaniment to the text and can in no way be contractual.

RESERVATIONS OF OWNERSHIP

In application of the law No. 80335 of May 12, 1980, we reserve the ownership of the products and the goods, objects of the present debits, until the payment of the integrality of the price and its accessories. In the event of total or partial non-payment of the price on the due date for any reason whatsoever, by express agreement, we reserve the right, without formality, to materially repossess these products or goods at your expense, risk and peril. . In the event of disputes, the Commercial Court of GUERET has sole jurisdiction.

RETURNS

In accordance with article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code, our customers have a period of FOURTEEN CLEAR DAYS from the delivery of the order to return the item to the company MAS DU CLOS  for exchange or refund in its original condition without penalty except for the return costs which remain the responsibility of our friendly customers. Beyond this period, no item will be taken back, exchanged or refunded. No returns will be accepted in the event of a specific order, for items not held in stock or specially ordered.

If the item is not returned in its original condition with packaging, no refund or  exchange  will be done. 

No return will be accepted without our prior agreement in cash on delivery or postage due.

The possible reimbursement of the article will be made by check, bank transfer or on the credit card used during the purchase.

All sums paid will be refunded except for delivery and packaging costs.

We inform you that legislative changes concerning online commerce took place in January 2016. Dated 09/01/2016 Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 relating to the “Online settlement of consumer disputes comes into effect.

  The regulation called ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) aims to introduce an independent, impartial, transparent, efficient, fast and fair extrajudicial procedure for the settlement of disputes arising from the online sale of goods or services between different EU countries. .

GUARANTEES

The products are sold under the sole manufacturer's warranty, as specified for each of them. Interventions under the warranty cannot extend the duration of the latter.

The presentation of the purchase invoice will be required when the warranty is invoked. Under the warranty, the only obligation incumbent on the seller will be the free replacement or repair of the product or element recognized as defective by its services. We decline all responsibility in the event of improper use or faulty assembly.

ASSETS

Credit notes are valid for a maximum of one month from the date of issue. Credit notes are not refundable, they give the right to an exchange of goods (goods available in stock only). Requests made after this deadline cannot be taken into account.

DELIVERY/DELIVERY TIMES

The items sold travel at the expense, risk and peril of the buyer, except for possible recourse against the carrier. It is up to the buyer to check his delivery in the presence of the carrier and to issue the usual reservations if necessary.

Delivery times are based on the availability of items. Items are  deliverable in 24/48 hours after shipment. 

Deliveries are made according to availability and according to the order of arrival of orders. 

Free delivery on certain items is valid for all parcel shipments in mainland France only.

INTRA-COMMUNITY SALES

Only companies holding an intra-community VAT number are exempt from VAT.
